Bergheim Fire Department

Why You Should Support the Bergheim Volunteer Fire Department

Bergheim VFD is the first responder if you have a fire or medical emergency at your home or a serious auto accident in this area.

Bergheim VFD, a young organization steadily growing to better serve you, needs your support to pay for essential fire trucks and equipment.
BVFD needs your support to purchase equipment such as that used for transporting water to fires in order to help improve its ISO rating to lower your insurance rates in the future.
Bergheim VFD serves a large area of over 50 square miles of eastern Kendall County, which includes 16 neighborhoods and over 2300 addresses.
Bergheim VFD has a volunteer fire chief (Chief Jeff Hoffstadt) and over 20 volunteer firemen who are willing to put their lives on the line to keep you safe.
